Running a home based business is not as easy as many of those flashy sales pages floating around would have you believe.
Being your own boss and having the freedom that comes with a successful home based business, takes a heck of alot of character, gusto, self belief, a willingness and ability to learn…and that’s just for starters.
If you have recently started researching you own home based business, or are planning to start one there are a couple of facts you must know.
- You will not earn money overnight - in fact you probably won’t earn decent money for months or even years.
- Running a successful home based business is as much about systems, compensation plans etc… as it is about self growth and personal development.
If you are not prepared to live with or work on these facts, then I encourage you to ask yourself this question again…

Learning - an essential step in starting a home based business is training and learning.
Time - a business takes time to develop, run and maintain….are you prepared to do the hard work it takes to get your business profitable?
Dedication - do you have a goal? Are you committed to acheiving your dreams?
Resilliance - FACT, you will get knocked down along the road to success. Are you prepared to get back up again?
Attitude - Do you believe you will get to the top? Do you believe you will make enough money to buy your dream house? You must have faith in yourself and in a positive future in order to create the world you desire.
Personally, I am still learning everyday, even though you probably read my posts thinking….hey, she know’s it all. I don’t. I never pretent I do and the day I try and convice myself that my learning has stopped, better be the day I retire from my online career!
The point of this post is not to scare you off wanting to run your business OR question your involvement in your current business for that matter…..my aim is simple….I want you to ask yourself one question, be honest. Peel back all those layers and reach down deep and ask yourself what this question means to you ……
